Our current office hours for calls during the crisis are 0830 to 1630. Please do not walk-in as we are unable to accommodate Walk-ins but use the usual office numbers to call first. To ask questions that will go to your physician to answer within 48 hours please use our Portal Which is available 24 hours per day. If you do not have this set up contact us to get you access to this useful form of communication.

If you want to speak in person please call the office to receive a call back from usually your doctor, or one of the group who is covering if your doctor is not available. We will try and deal with issues on the phone or by telehealth if possible. If you need to be seen we can then advise on a time to come to the office.

If you are concerned about COVID or have cough/cold/breathing symptoms please start by using the self assessment screening site at https://bc.thrive.health/

You can then contact us by phone to further discuss breathing symptoms or go to the Mission Assessment Centre site https://missioncovidresponse.com/ or call 604-302-7885 to book an appointment.

Staff working in health care who have respiratory symptoms and may require a swab as per the Medical Health Officer screening criteria please contact the Mission Assessment Centre.
